We want this to be a celebration of a lifetime — and we need your help! Please share your ideas, memories, and suggestions so we can make this milestone truly special for everyone.

Let’s work together to honor our past, celebrate our present, and look forward to an incredible future!

100th Anniversary Committee

Centennial Keepsake Committee- Help us celebrate 100 years of faith!

The Keepsake Committee will assist in selling commemorative items for our parish’s 100th Anniversary celebration.

Responsibilities Include:
• Brainstorming and selecting meaningful centennial merchandise
• Assisting with design ideas and reviewing artwork
• Researching and communicating with vendors
• Organizing and staffing sales after Mass and at parish events
• Promoting items through parish communications
• Assisting with order distribution and record-keeping

We Are Looking for past and present Parishioners Who:
• Are organized and dependable
• Have an interest in design, history, or parish life
• Enjoy working as part of a team

Time commitment will increase as the anniversary approaches.
If you would like to help commemorate this historic milestone, please contact the parish office.

Engraved keepsakes crafted from the original wood floor of the old school gym
• 100th Celebration sweatshirts, t-shirts, jackets, and more
• Commemorative coffee mugs
• Special edition Christmas ornaments

EVENTS COMMITTEE

The Events Committee will plan and coordinate special activities for our parish’s 100th Anniversary celebration.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with planning anniversary Masses and special events

  • Helping organize parish gatherings (banquet, picnic, lectures, etc.)

  • Coordinating volunteers for setup, hospitality, and cleanup

  • Working with vendors (caterers, rentals, etc.)

  • Supporting event-day logistics and guest welcome

We Are Looking for past and present Parishioners Who:

  • Are organized and dependable

  • Enjoy planning events and working with others

  • Have a heart for hospitality and parish life

  • Can offer time as the celebration approaches

Casino Trips

Venue ideas – FOP Lodge, Canstatters, The Chateau, Torresdale Country Club (Union League), Maggies

Big Band Night/ Oldies

1976 Time Capsule – possibly dig up and display contents

Family Poster – ask families to create a poster to display in church of their memories. 

Display rendering of Church

Food Trucks – host a food truck event in the spring using the upper parking lot with tents and tables.

LITURGY COMMITTEE

The Liturgy Committee will assist in planning and coordinating the special Masses and prayer celebrations for our parish’s 100th Anniversary.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with planning anniversary Masses and special devotions

  • Coordinating liturgical ministers (lectors, servers, EMHCs, ushers)

  • Collaborating with music ministry for sacred celebrations

  • Helping prepare worship aids and liturgical details

  • Supporting reverent décor and environment planning

We Are Looking for past and present Parishioners Who:

  • Love the Mass and the prayer life of the Church

  • Are organized and attentive to detail

  • Enjoy serving behind the scenes

  • Desire to help create beautiful, prayerful celebrations
